Requirements:

1. Guest should be at least 18 years of age and a Filipino citizen.
2. Only the primary registered guest will be qualified to avail the loyalty card.
3. Guest should have completed application form available at any Kabayan Hotel Front Desk or Sales Office.
   

General Mechanics:

1. Klub Kabayan Kard (KKK) is non-transferable.
2. All benefits awarded to cardholder are not convertible to cash.
3. Benefits are not applicable to Gift Certificate holders.
4. Benefits extended are subject to change without prior notice.
5. One member, one card policy.
6. Klub Kabayan Kard (KKK) can be used both in Pasay and Cubao but benefits vary from branch to branch.
7. Kabayan Hotel has the right to approve or deny application on its specific requirements and general mechanics or in case of forfeiture due to tampering of documents or false declaration of information given by the applicant.
