The package above is for a minimum of 100 pax.

Terms & Conditions:
• Confirmed booking dates for Christmas parties can only be changed once from the original date upon contract signing and are subject to function hall availability.
• A 50% non-refundable down payment is required. The remaining 50% should be settled at least 15 working days before the event.

DISCOUNTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
• Book in September: 15%
• Book in October: 10%
• Book in November to January: Full Rate
NOTE: The discount will be based on the published rates of Php 999 and Php 1,299.

• Christmas parties booked for December 24, 2024 – January 31, 2025, will be entitled to a 5% discount. Note: If the booking is made in September or October and the Christmas party date falls between December 24 – January 31, the rate used will be whichever is higher.
• Prior reservation is encouraged.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, programmes and/or promotions. This is not applicable on ad-hoc rates. This is applicable on group, conference and event rates based on their requirements.
• The hotel reserves the right to change without prior notice, cancel or invalidate the program. Also, to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy or dispute.
• All bookings need to be guaranteed by cash or credit card or payment link at the time of booking and the Hotel Cancellation Policy will be applicable.
• Any additional and incidental charges (breakages, additional number of guests) must be settled in cash after the function, prior to egress.

NOTE: Inclusions will vary depending on the package rate and the number of guests.
